The grape harvest takes place in the second week of September, allowing the bunches to reach the perfect balance between ripeness and freshness. These characteristics are preserved until bottling thanks to a winemaking process entirely conducted in stainless steel. Always refines in the bottle for 6 months. It is characterized by a lively and brilliant ruby red color. On the nose it is characterized by persuasive floral notes, violet and rose above all, which anticipate a rich and engaging taste experience, with a beautiful balance. In the food-wine pairing it is able to enhance both the delicacy of white meat and the intensity of red meat.
