Beni di Batasiolo Langhe DOC Nebbiolo Magnum 1,5 ℓ, In Holzkiste

Langhe Nebbiolo is produced by the Batasiolo company, owned by the Dogliani family, which has been producing wine in the Langhe for over 4 decades. The wine is made up of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, which are destemmed and fermented with maceration on the skins for 10 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in Slavonian oak barriques and in stainless steel tanks. Intense ruby red in color, it expresses aromas of ripe fruit and spices on the nose. The sip is fresh and full-bodied, with a discreet persistence. Ideal in combination with pasta with meat sauce, risottos, red and white meats.
