This Pecorino Superiore from Orlandi Contucci Ponno winery is made with 100% Pecorino grapes grown on south/southwest-facing limestone hills in Roseto degli Abruzzi. The proximity to the sea and moderate altitude enhance the aromatic and savory characteristics typical of this indigenous grape variety.After cryo-maceration, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine matures on fine lees for 4 months and continues with a brief bottle aging before being released to the market.It appears straw yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma is floral and fruity, with hints of apple. On the palate, it is dry, mineral, with good structure and a fresh and persistent finish.Perfect to accompany fish dishes, thanks to its elegance and versatility.
