The white wine PASSIonesentiMENTO by Pasqua is an elegant expression of Garganega, a variety that best embodies the Veneto wine tradition. The grapes come from selected vineyards and are harvested early to preserve their freshness. The terroir and winemaking method give this wine a balanced structure and a remarkable aging potential.After harvesting, the grapes are left to slight drying for a short period in boxes within the fruit drying room, concentrating aromas and sugars. This is followed by pressing and a 12-hour skin maceration to enhance the wine's complexity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, while part of the wine is refined in French oak barrels before the final blending and bottling.The bouquet is intense and refined, with citrus notes, hints of apricot and peach that harmoniously blend.
