Made from a carefully selected blend of Sangiovese and a small percentage of Colorino, it expresses the purity and elegance of the Radda in Chianti territory, highlighting the authentic character of this noble denomination.The grapes are hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a maceration period of about 20 days to extract color and tannins. The wine is then aged for at least 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels, developing structure and complexity. Finally, it continues its maturation in the bottle, attaining a perfect balance between intensity and harmony.It reveals an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections.
