It is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. The vinification takes place according to the Classic Method, with a long maturation on the yeasts that gives this wine depth and structure. This process allows to enhance the varietal characteristics of Pinot Noir, which are expressed in a complex and enveloping bouquet. It has a bright golden yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of white pulp fruit, bread crust and light toasted nuances combine, offering a rich and complex olfactory experience. On the palate, Crémant Blanc de Noir stands out for its elegance and freshness. The structure is well balanced, with a pleasant acidity that accompanies a long and delicate finish.
