Volcán de mi Tierra Tequila DO Blanco 0,7 ℓ

The Tequila Blanco of Volcán de mi Tierra comes from Agave Blu Weber grown on the highlands of the Mexican region of Jalisco. This tequila is a blend of agaves made up of 75% tequila obtained from Blu Weber agave grown on the plains and processed partly with a traditional process and partly with a modern process, and 25% tequila obtained from Blu Weber agave grown on the plateaus which undergoes modern processing. Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco, while not undergoing aging but only resting for 30 days, is therefore incredibly complex. The distillate is transparent while the herbaceous notes emerge on the nose and on the palate, typical of Los Valles, and the more spicy, warm and enveloping ones typical of the agave matured in the Los Altos region. Exquisite smooth, Blanco is also ideal in classic cocktails such as the Paloma and the Margarita.
