This 10 Year Brandy is a wine spirit aged for a decade, produced in an artisanal way. Using high quality Italian wine as raw material, it is distilled with a discontinuous method and low grade discontinuous column. The head and tail cutting is performed manually by the master distiller, guaranteeing a product of excellence. The distillation takes place with steam boilers. This long maturation process takes place in medium toasted oak barrels, which contributes to the complexity and refinement of the brandy. Upon visual examination, the 10 year Brandy has a beautiful amber color. On the nose, it offers an elegant and balanced bouquet with notes of cocoa, candied cherry, liquorice, carob and vanilla.
