Coral Reef Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of red berried grapes produced in southern Australia. The main grape variety, the Australian Shiraz entrusts its spicy character to the herbaceous and succulent notes of Cabernet Sauvignon to identify a ripe and fleshy fruit, while not lacking in fine and delicate notes. Intense ruby red color with violet reflections, it lets itself be approached giving hints of blackberries, cherries in jam and raspberry immediately softened by a recognizable spicy texture. On the palate the medium body is enveloping and slender, recovering hints of green pepper and tones of black pepper that do not betray the integrity of the red fruits and ensure soft tannins and a medium-long finish. Wine of great intensity, it is suitable for platters of cold cuts, grilled meats and roasts. Also try it with fettuccine with wild boar sauce.
