Jermann Lonsblau Venezia Giulia IGT Pinot Nero 0,75 ℓ

Jermann's Pinot Noir Lonsblau was born in a vineyard located on the left bank of the Judrio valley. In the center of the label is depicted the apse of the small church, located near the vineyard, frescoed with several blue flowers by Giacomo Meneghini known as Jacum Pitòr . The name Lonsblau derives from Lons , the name of the vineyard, and from Blau , which recalls both the color of blue violets and the German name of Pinot Noir, Blauburgunder . It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, which are vinified in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine ages for approx. 2 years in oak barriques, before bottling and marketing. It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of violets and berries, with delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh and delicate, with good persistence. Perfect to accompany truffle first courses.
