The organic red wine of Na.Ti.Vo. born in Puglia from Sangiovese grapes. Native. is the acronym of nature, typicality and vocation. The Sangiovese grapes first undergo crushing and destemming, to then be vinified in red for 7-8 days in thermo-controlled tanks. The wine ages in thermo-controlled steel vats. Ruby red in colour, the nose has notes of flowers, red fruit and blackberries. The sip is velvety and quite persistent. Excellent in combination with red and white meats, both roasted and grilled.
