Tercic Collio DOC Chardonnay 0,75 ℓ

Chardonnay is produced by the Terčič company, which is located in San Floriano del Collio, in the province of Gorizia, close to the north-eastern border between Italy and Slovenia. It consists of 100% Chardonnay grapes, which first of all undergo a cold skin maceration of 13-15 hours. Fermentation takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks, where the wine subsequently ages for 12 months. Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of peach, apple and tropical fruit on the nose. The sip is fresh, with a fairly persistent finish. It goes very well with seafood appetizers.
