Solenida Costa Toscana IGT - Tenuta Podernovo

This Sangiovese owes its name to the Solenidae mussel, whose fossil presence in the estate's soil it represents. Partially vinified in amphorae, it presents a lush bouquet of Amarena cherries, plums, and blackberry jam, paired with notes of licorice, anise, and spices.
