Yeasty and vegetal, also light floral and somewhat earthy scent with restrained, cool yellow fruit notes and a hint of curry. Tart, quite juicy, firmly woven fruit with vegetal, herbal and earthy notes, still clearly yeasty, fennel notes on the palate, fine, lively acidity, much more crumbly, fine tannin, still completely undeveloped, delicate candy sweetness in the background, a certain depth, very good, quite juicy, firm finish with floral and black berry nuances.
