Berlucchi's Franciacorta Brut Rosé '61 is born in vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta. It is produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which undergo a gentle, gradual pressing with fractionation of the must, after which the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages on the lees for 24 months, followed by an additional 2 months after disgorgement. It is characterized by a deep pink color. The nose opens with elegant notes of berries and ripe fruit, enriched by delicate aromas of yeast and bread crust. On the palate, it is refined and elegant, with good body and excellent flavor. Perfect for accompanying aperitifs and cold cuts, it is ideal when paired with first courses, shellfish and mature cheeses.
