Vinification of Pinot Bianco Terre di Chieti by Osteria This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Pinot Blanc. Only immaculate grapes were used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Osteria. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures follows. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
