This red wine blend impresses with delightful aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, and dried plum. The fruity character is rounded off by spicy herbal and peppery notes and a hint of gingerbread. The oak influence, acquired through aging in barriques, is perfectly integrated. A charming, southern-style wine that impresses with its velvety texture. Incidentally, it gets its name from the intense color of the grapes, which, when processed in autumn, leave the winemaker with black hands (MANO NEGRA).
