This Italian red wine caresses the nose with all kinds of ripe, fresh and dried berries, plums and a little Mon Chéri cherry. The grapes dry on the vine, but are also dried at the winery after the harvest. The fully ripe grapes are then fermented on the skins for 15 days and finally matured for 4 months in barrique barrels.
