Vinification of Liberta' from Vigneti Massa This balanced rosé wine from Italy is vinified from the grape varieties Barbera, Cortese and Freisa. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Piedmont. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There, they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Liberta' can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 4 months. Food recommendation for Vigneti Massa Liberta' This Italian rosé wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfectly suited as an accompaniment to vegetable stew with pesto, stuffed cabbage rolls or pumpkin casserole.
