Zukunftswein Cabernet Blanc Pfalz Ecovin Mohr-Gutting

The (still) unknown fungus-resistant Cabernet Blanc grape variety has only been in cultivation since around 2004, but already has clearly good potential. In terms of aroma, you can place it between Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling, an exciting mixture. Always very present and intense on the nose, including here. Wonderful aromas of gooseberries, cassis and a floral note. Complex on the palate with lots of fresh, juicy fruit and slightly earthy nuances.
