On the palate, this sparkling wine from the Austrian Burgenland shows fine hints of muscatel, combined with a delicate fruit sweetness, a zesty acidity and a creamy carbonation. Triebaumer's Muscato sparkling wine is a seductive, refreshing wine that constantly reinvents itself with its sparkling citrus notes. Vinification of the Muscato from G+R Triebaumer The grapes for this fruity sparkling wine are harvested early in the morning at the beginning of September, when it is still fresh. They are then quickly brought to the winery under permanent cooling and the must is fermented after pressing in pressure tanks at 16°C. At 7% alcohol, fermentation is interrupted by cooling and pressure increase.
