The finest version of our Pinot Noir wines is dedicated to the house's middle daughter: Charlotte. To achieve such an intense Pinot Noir, extreme yield reduction is essential, as no other grape variety refuses to show its best face as vehemently as the Pinot Noir diva. And even with a minimal yield of 35 hl/ha, it demands continuous attention and targeted manual labor in the vineyard until only the best, healthy grapes are finally harvested. With a long maceration to extract color, aroma, and tannins, we preserved all the beauty of the Pinot Noir grapes in the must and later in the wine. An impressive depth of color entices us to take the first sip.
