T-Cuvèe Rosso IGT - Cantina Tramin

The T Rot is a special cuvée that reflects the lightness of South Tyrolean Vernatsch and the fruitiness of South Tyrolean Pinot Noir, as well as the full body of Merlot. Above-average temperatures in spring favored earlier bud break. The sustained warm temperatures in May led to rapid flowering. Thanks to targeted work in the vineyard and occasional rain, the vines were kept in a stress-free state despite periods of extreme heat in the summer. The harvest began almost two weeks earlier than usual. Because the weather cooperated perfectly, grapes of outstanding quality were harvested throughout the entire harvest period. The red wines of the 2022 vintage are impressive; they benefit from a high degree of ripeness and develop a complex fruitiness and full flavor with robust aromas. The white wines exhibit pronounced, refined fruitiness with balanced acidity. Color: Ruby red. Aroma: It is a fusion of the tradition and history of South Tyrolean wine. In the glass, the T Rot reveals itself with a ruby-red color and a fruity bouquet. Taste: The wine is an elegant red wine that can be served with typical Tyrolean dishes, as well as with light meat dishes and pasta dishes.
