Finally, on the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of Valle d'Aosta delights with beautiful length. There are again hints of blackberry. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the sand-dominated soils are added. Vinification of the Cornalin of La Vrille This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Cornalin. Only premium grape material was brought in for this wonderfully balanced single varietal wine from La Vrille. In the Valle d'Aosta, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Cornalin can harmonize further for 17 months on the fine lees.
