Vinification of the Invidious Blanco from TVM This elegant white wine from Spain is cuvetted from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo and Viura. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, Invidious Blanco can continue to harmonize on its fine lees for a few months.
