Cool nose with lots of citrus fruit, slightly tart but also partly candied citrus fruit; some biscuit, iodine, slightly salty with fresh herbs. Clear and delicately juicy; firm body with power and very fine melt; salty minerality with a certain pressure; candied citrus fruit, fresh quince; the delicately tart sweetness on the palate makes it easy to drink; clearly complex and deep.
