Te Muna Road Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc - Craggy RangeThe Te Muna Road Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc from Craggy Range shines in the glass in a bright lemon yellow with greenish shimmer. As it does so, its wonderful bouquet unfolds with aromas of nectarines, green apple, honeysuckle, lime and nettle. This New Zealand white wine is lush and complex on the palate. Vibrant acidity and tropical fruit lead into a long, mineral finish. Te Muna means the secret in the Maori language. Vinification of the Craggy Range Te Muna Road Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc This single varietal Sauvignon Blanc is vinified from grapes grown in the Martinborough vineyard. After hand harvesting, the grapes are carefully pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by sur lie aging (storage on fine lees) for a total of 4 months in used French barriques.
