The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Rhône. The vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and clay. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the pressing house. Here, they are selected and gently crushed. The fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine undergoes maturation for a few months on the fine lees before it is finally racked.
