Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied white wine is wonderfully silky, fleshy and dense. Finally, on the finish, this wine from the Jura wine-growing region delights with beautiful length. There are again hints of lemon and orange. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the limestone-dominated soils are still added. Vinification of Credo Xarel-Lo Miranius This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Xarel-lo. Only the best grape material was brought in for this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Credo. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in the Jura Mountains. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled. Serving recommendation for the Xarel-Lo Miranius by Credo This white wine from France is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto, vegetable stew with pesto, or cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables.
