Vinification of the Barista Pinotage Responsible for this red wine is the cellar master Bertus Fourie, who uses Pinotage grapes from Robertson. This wine is vinified at the Val de Vie winery. The grapes are classically fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels after the fermentation process is complete.
