It was bottled with 2.6 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the upper price range, this Austrian naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. Vinification of the Rosé Cuvée from Salzl Seewinkelhof This balanced rosé wine from Austria is made from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zweigelt. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Burgenland. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, sand, gravel, volcanic rock and black earth. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to potato pan with salmon, asparagus salad with quinoa or wok vegetables with fish.
