The creaminess of the Lergenmüller Weißer Burgunder Muschelkalk (Shell Limestone Pinot Blanc) is immediately compelling. Aromas of ripe mirabelle plums and juicy mango unfold on the palate, creating a harmonious taste experience. This dry Weißburgunder from the Palatinate region displays mineral notes from the limestone on which the vines thrive. Under the direction of Jürgen and Stefan Lergenmüller, vinification has been taking place since 2024. It is perfect as an aperitif or with light dishes.
