Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé - MulderboschMulderbosch's Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé shines invitingly in a bright red, reminiscent of fresh, ripe sliced watermelon. The nose reveals juicy aromas of strawberries and cassis. Balanced on the palate, it presents opulent flavors of strawberries, ripe cherries and subtle notes of vineyard peach and rose petals. Fresh acidity and the complex palate characterize the finish. Production method of Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé According to the philosophy of Mulderbosch is to produce a fresh fruity rosé. An early harvest guarantees high natural acidity and an opulent aromatic spectrum. After a short maceration period, the must is pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at about 18° C. The wine is bottled relatively early. This guarantees the preservation of freshness and fruit aromas. Serving Suggestion/Food Pairing We recommend the rosé with tuna steak, poached salmon and sushi or enjoy it as an aperitif.
