On the palate, Soliano's Tempranillo starts wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. There are dry and really dry. This red wine belongs to the second group, because it was vinified with only 0.9 g of residual sugar. Balanced and complex, this dense red wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Tempranillo flatters the palate with a velvety feel, without lacking freshness. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Tempranillo is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Tempranillo is carefully harmonized. Food recommendation for the Tempranillo of Soliano This Spanish wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to ossobuco, braised chicken in red wine or veal boiled beef with beans and tomatoes.
