As if that were not already impressive, further aromas such as minerals are added by the expansion in stainless steel. This wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. Here it is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Italian enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Taste does not necessarily need sugar. On the tongue, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly fleshy and crisp texture. The final of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Valle d'Aosta, more precisely from Valle d'Aosta/ Valée d'Aoste DOC, finally convinces with a beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets of the soils dominated by sand. Vinification of Petite Arvine from La Source This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Arvine. Only immaculate grapes were harvested for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from La Source. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in the Aosta Valley. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of sand. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Petite Arvine can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees. Supper recommendation for La Source Petite Arvine This Italian is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to roast trout with ginger pear, cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables or spinach gratin with almonds .
