Vinification of the Impossible Rosé from Laborie The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant cuvée Impossible Rosé from Laborie are Moscatel and Pinotage grapes. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Impossible Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
