The light-bodied Reh Kendermann Black Tower Rosé presents us with an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, due in no small part to its residual sweetness flavor profile. On the tongue, this light-footed rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. With its present fruit acidity, Black Tower Rosé is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of raspberry and pineapple. Vinification of the Reh Kendermann Black Tower Rosé The elegant Black Tower Rosé from Germany is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Dornfelder, Garnacha and Tempranillo. When the perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for Black Tower Rosé are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Black Tower Rosé is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
