A selection of the finest grapes from the 9-hectare single-vineyard Canajas vineyard, located at an altitude of 465 m and planted in 1950. The soil is predominantly ferrous clay with a stony surface layer, which promotes optimal ripening. After the color change, a targeted yield reduction is carried out to limit production to a maximum of 1 kg per vine – with a focus on grapes with small, concentrated berries. The Dalmau Reserva 2020 from Marqués de Murrieta impresses with its full body. Aromas of ripe black fruits, combined with spicy nuances and a subtle oak note, create a complex flavor profile. A careful selection of grapes, including Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Graciano, from the Rioja region gives this wine special depth. Ideal ripening conditions ensure that it will retain its appeal for years to come.Bottling date: May 2023.Number of bottles: 14,962 (75cl), 900 (1.5l), 150 (3l), 83 (6l).
