Corvo Bianco Terre Siciliane - Duca di SalaparutaCorvo Bianco Terre Siciliane - Duca di SalaparutaThe Corvo Bianco Terre Siciliane from the wine-growing region of Sicily has a brilliant, shimmering color in the glass. This wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with just 3.8 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so, despite its dryness, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance. Excellent taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. The Corvo Bianco Terre Siciliane is extraordinarily fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its distinctive fruit acidity. Vinification of the Corvo Bianco Terre Siciliane from Duca di Salaparuta The elegant Corvo Bianco Terre Siciliane from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Grecanico grape variety. In Sicily, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone and sandstone soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Corvo Bianco Terre Siciliane can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Recommended pairing for the Corvo Bianco Terre Siciliane from Duca di Salaparuta This Italian wine is best enjoyed chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to baked sheep's cheese parcels, wok vegetables with fish or coconut-lime fish curry. <p
