After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Costalunga Barbera d'Asti is matured for 10 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
