Free Run Rosé - Oliver ZeterThe barrel-aged Free Run Rosé from the Pfalz wine-growing region reveals itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering raspberry pink. On the palate, the Free Run Rosé from Oliver Zeter opens wonderfully aromatic, fruity and balanced. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Free Run Rosé flatters with a soft mouthfeel, without lacking juicy liveliness at the same time. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Palatinate finally captivates with beautiful reverberation. Vinification of the Oliver Zeter Free Run Rosé The basis for the elegant Free Run Rosé from the Palatinate are grapes from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Tempranillo. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Free Run Rosé is aged for a few more months in 900 l tonneau of oak. Food recommendation for the Free Run Rosé by Oliver Zeter This rosé wine from Germany is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to omelet with salmon and fennel, leek tortilla or pumpkin casserole.
