In the glass, aromas of orchard fruits, orange oil, pear, oyster shell, freshly baked bread, and smoke unfold, framed by a fine reduction. Medium to full-bodied, deep and complex, it is taut and concentrated, with lively acidity, a chalky structure, and a long, sharply mineral finish.
