Vinification of Tenute Sella Bramaterra I Porfidi The basis for the balanced Bramaterra I Porfidi from Piedmont are grapes from the varieties Vespolina, Croatina and Nebbiolo. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Piedmont. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of volcanic rock. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures.
