The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Languedoc. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay, sand and limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Grenache Cinsault Rosé is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
