Gekus Toscana - Paladin

Gekus Toscana - PaladinGekus Toscana - PaladinThe elegant Gekus Toscana from Paladin pours into the glass with a bright purple-red color. This Italian cuvée reveals wonderfully expressive notes of blackberry jelly in the glass. There are also hints of cloves, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate, the Gekus Toscana from Paladin opens wonderfully aromatic, fruity and balanced, and despite its dry appearance on the palate, this red wine impresses with a juicy melt and finely woven residual sweetness. On the tongue, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense and silky texture. Thanks to the balanced fruit acidity, the Gekus Toscana flatters the palate with a soft sensation without lacking in juicy liveliness. On the finish, this wine from the Tuscany wine-growing region, which ages well, finally impresses with its considerable length. There are again hints of blackberry jelly. Vinification of the Gekus Toscana from Paladin This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the Sangiovese and Syrah grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Dining recommendation for the Gekus Toscana from Paladin Ideally enjoy this red wine from Italy at a temperature of 15 - 18°C as an accompaniment to boeuf bourguignon, veal steak with beans and tomatoes or stuffed peppers. <p
