Only first-class grapes were brought in for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Weingut Hörner. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into loam and loess soils. The grapes for this white wine from Germany are harvested particularly quickly and preferably in the morning when they are perfectly ripe to preserve their freshness. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
