Stork Kangun trocken - CascaraIn the glass, the Stork Kangun from Cascara presents a bright light yellow color. When you give it some air in the wine glass by swirling, you can perceive an excellent balance in this white wine, as it does not cling to the glass walls in a watery, syrupy, or liqueur-like manner. This wine in the glass wonderfully caresses with expressive notes of lemon, peach, mirabelle, and apple. Hints of melon also join in. The Cascara Stork Kangun presents itself wonderfully dry to the wine connoisseur. This white wine never appears clumsy or meager, but rather round and supple. In the finish, this youthful white wine from the Armawir region ultimately delights with beautiful length. Hints of ripe apple and peach appear once again. Vinification of the Stork Kangun by Cascara This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Kangun. For this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Cascara, only flawless grape material was harvested. After the harvest, the grapes quickly reach the pressing house. Here they are selected and gently crushed. Subsequently, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures on the fine lees for several months before it is finally racked off. Food Recommendation for the Cascara Stork Kangun This white wine from Armenia works perfectly as a companion to a variety of dishes, but is also a pleasure enjoyed on its own.
