Vinification of Ronco Scagnèt Sauvignon Collio This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Sauvignon Blanc. Only immaculate grapes were used for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Ronco Scagnèt. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Sauvignon Collio can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees. Recommendation for Ronco Scagnèt Sauvignon Collio This Italian wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to pumpkin casserole, potato pan with salmon or spinach gratin with almonds .
