Only the best grape material was used for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Salvatore D'Amico. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Sicily. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand and volcanic rock. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Léne Salina Bianco can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
