On the palate, the Rebo Rigotti from Pravis starts wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the tongue, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly fleshy, velvety and dense texture. The final of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Trentino-Alto Adige, more precisely from Trentino DOC, finally captivates with beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the limestone-dominated soils. Vinification of Rebo Rigotti by Pravis This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Rebo. Only impeccable grape material was used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Pravis. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the elegant Rebo Rigotti is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques. It is perfect as an accompaniment to stuffed peppers, braised chicken in red wine or duck breast with sugar snap peas.
